Job Description
As a Sr. Full Stack Developer III youll bring creative architect solutions to end customers with the goal to make an impact across the federal government specifically at USCIS.

What youll do:
- Work with team members to operationalize data pipelines and ML tasks
- Provide day-to-day support of deploying Python-native ML pipelines
- Support architectural leadership technical support and advisement services to ensure identity management system technologies are integrated and meeting the appropriate security requirements
- Support leadership who engages with senior level executives at a public facing Federal agency and provide subject matter expertise in security architecture and other key domain areas
What youll need to succeed:
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Management or Engineering or other comparable degree or experience
- 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments; Advanced degree may be considered for at most up to 2 years towards the years of experience requirement
- Experience with full stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration as well as server and client application development/integration) including 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS
- 3 years of specific software engineering experience related to front-end and back-end applications and/or data services
- Experience in large-scale high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS
- Experience with AWS Ruby Java and JavaScript React and AngularJS
- Front-end development experience with technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS and back-end development experience with Java and Python
- Strong communication skills ability to communicate technical concepts in both layman and technical terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently/with minimal oversight
- Youre a team player passionate and have a strong work ethic
SALARY RANGE: $120000 - $176000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
