About the Role:
We are looking at hiring a Facilities Manager to join our team here in Bristol. This role involved regular travel across Bristol Bath and Portsmouth where the business requires. The main role is to ensure that the service provided to the facilities meets the contract specification and is managed in a compliant and safe manner. The role will be managing a team of 6 including Supervisor Electrician Gas Engineers and Housing Officers.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
