Job Description
SilverTech a digital experience agency is seeking a Media Manager to lead paid media and PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Microsoft Meta Spotify and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Search) is comfortable analyzing data and confident presenting results to clients. Experience with Google Analytics Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of industries in a fast-paced collaborative agency environment.
What Youll Do
- Lead the strategy execution and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns including search social and programmatic from start to finish.
- Plan budgets research keywords write ad copy and set up conversion tracking to ensure high-performing campaigns that deliver results.
- Analyze performance data and share insights with clients and internal teams through clear compelling reports and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering strategic recommendations proactive optimizations and excellent communication.
- Identify growth opportunities by recommending new channels tactics or services that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing sales and account management to support broader digital strategies.
- Stay current on trends in digital media and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Have a working knowledge of related digital marketing strategies like SEO content marketing and website optimization.

What You Need to Succeed
- 35 years of hands-on experience in paid media with strong expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager
- A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting data-driven insights to clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Quick learner who can adapt to a variety of client industries platforms and budgets
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO best practices
