Responsibilities

  • Send payments and aftermarket contracts to the appropriate agency.
  • Check for completeness and signatures on all required documentation.
  • Verify that all new vehicle sales have been reported sale to appropriate manufacturer.
  • Report sale of certified used vehicle to appropriate manufacturer.
  • Verify submission of all new vehicle incentives.
  • Process aftermarket cancellations and issue refunds to appropriate parties.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Highly organized and eager to improve

  • Willingness to take initiative

  • Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily

  • Ability to provide quality customer service

  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
