Location: Dallas TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and support. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring timely communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection orders and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and policies.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
