As a Senior Principal Architect at JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platforms Team youprovide specialized expertise to influence the target state architecture and strategy. Work across teams to implement and advance the adoption of complex strategic global solutions that give JPMorganChase a competitive advantage.
Job responsibilities
- Advises and leads on strategy and development of multiple products applications and technologies across a portfolio
- Translates highly complex technical issues trends and approaches to leadership to drive the firms innovation and enable leaders to make strategic well-informed decisions about target state architecture
- Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
- Establishes and leads an architecture governance body
- Creates durable reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions
- Champions the firms culture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respect
- Formal training or certification on hardware engineering concepts and 10 years applied experience in Control Domain & Control Architecture
- Extensive Experience in large complex environments/ industries that are heavily regulated
- Deep Infrastructure knowledge and knows software frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of how to build complex control frameworks
- Practical experience delivering system design application development testing and operational stability
- Expertise in one or more programming language(s) applications and architecture disciplines
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architecture
- Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems across various technical disciplines
- Extensive practical cloud native experience
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best technology solutions and approaches to achieve the future state architecture
- Proven track record architecting and delivering complex control systems and frameworks
- Proven track record and deep knowledge of model driven infrastructure SDN IaaS zero-trust networking domain modeling etc etc.
- Meaningful experience and skills working with senior leadership senior architecture and senior engineering to influence and ensure the highest quality of design and delivery.
