Job Description
Location: Grove City OH
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift 6:45 AM 7:00 PM
Great Starting Pay Stable Schedule Full-Time
American Nitrile is in growth modeand were looking for dependable hard-working Compounders to join our production team.
This role is essential in our glove manufacturing process and involves mixing batching and cleaning tanks in a high-temperature environment. If youre hands-on can stand for long periods of time and safety-focused we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and batch raw materials according to precise formulations
Operate and monitor mixing equipment tanks and pumps
Clean tanks lines and tools between batches
Follow safety quality and production protocols at all times
Maintain accurate records of materials and batches
Work efficiently in a hot environment for 12-hour shifts
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable in hot physically demanding conditions
Basic math and measurement skills (weights volumes ratios)
Mechanical aptitude (operating valves mixers scales)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Prior manufacturing compounding or chemical handling experience a plusbut not required
Must be reliable and able to work a 12-hour day shift
