Our Opportunity:
As an Industrial Work Package Manager youll be the key industrial contact for production work packages. Youll prepare and lead the delivery of all work package activities including managing risks and seizing opportunities all with the support of the wider Industrial team.
Were looking for someone confident and skilled in manufacturing who can support our evolving business needs. This role is fast-paced and varied giving you the chance to build strong relationships across industry and support challenges related to production schedules and costs.
Youll be responsible for breaking down work packages into detailed plans that clearly outline deliverables timelines and budgets.
About You:
- Youre great at juggling multiple tasks and prioritising without needing constant supervision.
- Deadlines are your friends youre reliable and proactive.
- You communicate clearly and can connect with people across all levels and departments.
- Youre a team player who stays calm and logical when faced with challenges.
- You have solid experience in purchasing and planning within a manufacturing environment.
- You know your way around ERP/PDM systems and thrive in fast-moving detail-focused settings.
