The Role
Due to significant growth MCA Engineering are seeking a Civil Leading Hand to join the team in Parkes NSW for upcoming projects onsite. There may also be some interstate travel to our other branches depending on the projects and local workload.
Selection Criteria:
- Experienced in civil concrete construction leading a small work crew 5-10 (Preferably Chippie background)
- Experience on mine sites and tier 1 & 2 sites
- High-level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without supervision and be part of a team.
- Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
- Relevant Trade Qualifications or experience
- Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Are available to go to an interstate mine site when required.
- Must be able to pass regular D&A testing and site required medicals
- LR MR HR licence would be an advantage
- High risk tickets EWP Forklift Dogging ETC also would be an advantage.
