Salary: OTE 65000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Our client a highly successful independent Estate and Lettings Agency is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Valuer / Lister to join their Addlestone branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent with proven listing success to advance their career in a dynamic supportive environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Securing quality instructions at competitive fees
- Conducting accurate property valuations
- Building relationships with vendors and clients
- Generating new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Working closely with team members to maximise office performance
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven residential sales experience
- Previous listing and valuation experience essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong knowledge of the Addlestone / Chertsey market
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
- Fluent spoken and written English
