We are seeking a Market Access KAM in Argentina and the South Cone region (Chile Uruguay Paraguay).

- Design and implement the access strategies for rare disease therapies ensuring rapid initiation of treatment for diagnosed patients through coordination with public and private payers.
- Lead access negotiations and pricing/reimbursement submissions with national and provincial payers
- Manage the full patient access lifecycle from prescription and case submission to approval and continuity of treatment with special focus on long-term healthcare sustainability.
- Monitor and drive treatment adherence by ensuring timely renewal of authorizations and product acquisition through payers and specialty channels.
- Build maintain and strengthen relationships with medical auditors commercial executives and decision makers anticipating and resolving objections.
- Identify systemic access barriers and propose strategic solutions to ensure early treatment initiations and high rates of adherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Commercial Legal Regulatory and Patient Services teams to ensure alignment on access and adherence initiatives.
- Stay current on healthcare policies access regulations and rare disease trends providing strategic input to internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to internal teams regarding rare disease access challenges and case management best practices

- University Bachelors degree
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in market access roles and/or commercial roles with at least 3 years focused on rare or ultra-rare diseases.
- Proven experience working with high-cost low-volume therapies under Named Patient Sales or exceptional access frameworks or agreements.
- Strong understanding of the Argentinian healthcare ecosystem including payers public programs regulatory agencies and specialty wholesalers.
- Excellent negotiation strategic thinking and engagement skills especially with medical commercial and administrative decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in high-impact patient-centric environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
