Job Description
Location: R. do Bolho-111 Porto
Schedule: Rotating shifts - 4 work days of 10 hours each (from 08:00 to 18:00) and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an impeccable customer service
- Selling additional services to customers
- Delivering the rental cars to customers
- Carefully filling out the rental contract
- Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers
- Carefully completing the return contract
- Registering the damages and charging the amounts from the customers
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Mandatory driving license (B category)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integrity-driven personality
- Excellent customer service and sales skills along with attention to detail
- Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills.
