Job Description

Job Title: Technical Writer for DAM Portfolio (Digital Asset Management)

Location: Sunnyvale CA / Austin TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract / Full Time

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Technical Writing and Training Documentation (5 10 years).

Strong background in DAM platforms and Content Modeling.

Ability to create structured content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with multimedia tools for training delivery.

Job Description:

Work with the business to identify their data model vocabularies and collaborate with IS&T so that can be translated to a working model.

Create training materials to train users and Train the Trainer being open for creativity in your delivery. (e.g. videos slide decks other tools).

Facilitate Office Hours for business tenants to provide educational sessions on specific features.

Provide support for business teams as needed.

Identify opportunities for change and discuss with IS&T for continuous improvement of the DAM platform.

Create demo videos for OneDAM (Digital Asset Management) such as new features etc.

Create & maintain user guide for the application as well as new features in every release.
