Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist w/ Lead Gen Experience to join our team. If you enjoy working with digital ads analyzing data and making smart decisions this job is for you!

Your main job is to set up manage and improve PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads on Google Ads. You will help clients get more traffic leads and sales by adjusting ad strategies based on data. You will also give feedback on landing pages help with at-risk accounts and work with teams like Sales and Customer Success to improve overall performance.



Requirements

What will you do
Track measure optimize and report performance of paid ad campaigns

Provide subject matter expertise on paid media web analytics user experience and behavior data analysis and reporting

Manage a high volume of paid media budgets

Develop analyze and optimize keyword ad copy and landing pages

Perform A/B testing with the intent of improving impression share quality score and CPL

Monitor and assess competitor activity and keyword ranking performance

Utilize Salesforce and other third-party tools for analytics reporting & interpretation

Proactively identify at-risk trends and/or clients via metrics and reporting to help reduce

attrition

Oversee strategy results which may include a/b testing varying methods of interpreting data

and identifying areas for cross-department collaboration

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and help to anticipate coming client needs to help us gain and/or keep our competitive advantages

Assist PPC management to review assess and propose improved Pay-Per-Click (PPC) product solutions processes and packages including pricing workflows automation etc.

Work closely with department management regarding strategies to improve impressions traffic and conversions and help project management those initiatives

Assist in client keyword focus and strategy via AdWords Google Analytics etc


You might be the one we are looking for if you

-Have 3 years of experience in paid search and local services ads

-Have experience in Google Ads Manager

-Have certification in Google Analytics Google Ads and Bing Ads

-Know Instapage or understand landing page optimization is a big plus

-Are proficient in Excel and working with complex and/or large data sets

-Can manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Please add the word Google Pro into your resume or cover letter near the top in a sentence or description so we know you re paying attention to details

-Are comfortable on video calls talking with different clients

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

- Are available full-time 8 hours per day 5 days per week

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
