Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
  • Training around two to three weeks

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the luxury travel industry and play a pivotal role in managing exclusive resort inventory for high-end clientele. You ll work directly with sophisticated booking systems and databases ensuring seamless operations for premium vacation experiences. As the role evolves you ll have the opportunity to expand into client communications and process documentation making this an ideal position for someone looking to grow within the specialized travel sector. The role offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and exposure to the exciting world of luxury hospitality with clear pathways for professional development and increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage blocked inventory for luxury resort accommodations on a weekly basis
  • Update and maintain inventory spreadsheets tracking client bookings dates and confirmation status
  • Perform administrative tasks related to booking management and database maintenance
  • Handle basic Excel spreadsheet operations and data entry
  • Potentially send email confirmations and correspondence using established templates
  • Assist with creating documentation for business processes and proceduresSupport calendar management and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • College graduate preferred
  • Basic Excel proficiency (basic functions no advanced formulas required)
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of dates and booking periods (e.g. 7-night stays)
  • Self-starter who can work independently and think critically
  • Intelligent and capable of learning new processes quicklyQuiet home workspace with stable internet connection
