Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Desk Agent in Netcompany
As a Service Desk Agent you will:
- Perform Digital Workplace support activities;
- Manage all types of user interactions (phone ticketing portal chat messaging);
- Provide user guidance and support regarding the use services software and applications;
- Follow-up of incidents and user requests.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of IT support experience including 1st Line duties.
- Solid knowledge of network setup protocols and antivirus management.
- Proficiency in backup/restore procedures patching and software deployment.
- Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level).
- At least one relevant certification (e.g. MCSA Windows 10 Microsoft 365 Certified Google IT Support MOS or equivalent) would be a plus.
