Role Purpose:This role creates and delivers the strategic roadmap for paid Performance led programmatic advertising for B&Q & Tradepoint (across the UK and ROI).In this pivotal role youll work with the Performance Media Planner Lead to shape and deliver an ambitious roadmap that leverages cutting-edge programmatic strategies technologies and partnerships. This role will oversee the execution and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns with day to day responsibility of strategy planning budgets and execution of programmatic campaigns.

Whats the job

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Create and implement the day-to-day programmatic strategy in-house at B&Q

Build optimise and scale programmatic marketing campaigns for a diverse range of products and categories focusing on revenue generation user sign-ups and lead generation

Manage end to end campaign setup optimisation and reporting.

Daily management of budget to maximise ROAS and revenue

Develop and lead a small team of specialists

Create and implement a testing roadmap to continually drive performance improvement in programmatic

Provide regular campaign performance reporting in-depth analysis and actionable insights

Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

Manage creative strategy and support on creative briefing process

Work cross-functionally on business-wide activations

Utilise attribution tools to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions

Foster good relationship with our partners such as DV360 Quantcast and Meta

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in programmatic.

What we need:

What we need: Required Skills & Experience:

4 years experience in a programmatic role (preferably agency side or in-house agency)

Deep knowledge and experience of setting up and running campaigns and analysing date in digital ad platforms DSPs and Google Analytics.

Creative strategy skills; able to brief ideas for new image video and UGC creative

Very proactive and looking for a role with high autonomy and responsibility

Experience leading others
