1:1 Educational Aide/Para-Professional

Location:

Fairhaven School

** The 1:1 Educational Aide/Para-Professional will be assigned to individual students with special needs and is contingent upon student in need of this service attending the Fairhaven School./TCBDD in Niles OH. The Educational Aide/Para-Professional will be an employee of the Mathews Local School District but will work at the Fairhaven site.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Ohio Educational Aide License or willingness to complete requirements for the license before starting work.
Directed by teachers and principals the educational aide will be assigned to an individual student with developmental disabilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player.
Must display honesty a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
Successful BCI and FBI background checks. (New Employees)
Pre-employment drug screening. (New Employees)

Salary and Benefits:

As per the negotiated agreement
7 Hours per day
