Prepare Service Computation Dates (SCD) and retirement calculations timely and accurately.
Provide Voluntary Early Retirement Authority (VERA) Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment (VSIP) and other workforce restructuring (Reduction in Force (RIF) Directed Reassignment) counseling and implementation support.
Counsel and process personnel actions for Death Cases.
Counsel and process personnel actions for Disability Retirement Cases.
Counsel and prepare paperwork for Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Correction Act (FERCCA) cases; counselinformation accurately and timely.
Maintainworking relationships with internal and external organizations.
Requirements
Minimum of six(6) years of experience at least four (4) performing the full range of health benefits and employee retirement administration providing guidance and consultation to employees former employees annuitants survivors and eligible family members regarding retirement insurance and health benefits.
Proven administrative skills and experience with HR automated systems.
Experience with National Finance Center (NFC) is preferred.
