Overview
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: NovaCare in Westminster MD (Magna)
Compensation:starting at $80000
Incentives: $10000 Sign-on Bonus and/or Indefinite Student Loan Help

Our clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 1hr. evals (1:1) and 45-minute visits. We treat a diverse population of orthopedic sports and vestibular conditions across all ages. Previous experience as a PT in OP ortho is preferred. We are willing to consider an independent new graduate. Those physical therapists seeking professional growth are encouraged to be considered. Our leadership development program can help you reach your next goals.
Schedule: Full Time (40Hrs.) treating Monday through Friday with two days treating 10A-630P. Your last patient is scheduled an hour prior. Alternative schedules can be considered.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
