What Youll Be Doing

As a Senior Customer Strategy Lead youll work as part of our client delivery teams to:

  • Develop and delivercustomer-focused retail strategiesacross pricing assortment private brands and communications.
  • Uncover insights from customer data and translate them intocompelling actionable strategies.
  • Build strong narratives around client challenges and opportunities identifyingstrategic directivesthat lead to competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Lead strategic workshops and present recommendations that shape the future of retail for some of the worlds biggest brands.


What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience incustomer strategy or retail consulting
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills you can turn complex data into clear persuasive insights.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion forcustomer experience and commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or withretailers FMCG brands is a plus.
