Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and integration of ePowertrain components and subsystems including HV batteries cooling systems enclosures and structural mounts
• Drive innovation in packaging weight optimization NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) performance and system modularity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical Vehicle Dynamics Manufacturing and Testing to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance
• Influence key design decisions at concept stage and carry technical ownership through development gateways to final sign-off
• Analyse and resolve technical issues with legacy products ensuring continued reliability and performance across the lifecycle
• Champion engineering quality process adherence and cross-functional collaboration throughout program delivery

Your Profile

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent industry experience
• Extensive experience in high-voltage battery design thermal management and structural integration within automotive or closely related sectors
• Deep knowledge of mechanical engineering principles materials tolerance analysis and DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing / Assembly) best practices
• Proficient in Siemens NX or similar CAD tools
• Strong problem-solving capability paired with creativity resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced development environment
• Clear communicator with the confidence to lead technical reviews present concepts and influence stakeholders across departments
• Collaborative spirit and the tenacity to drive projects forward in a dynamic team culture
