Location: Miami FL (Coconut Grove)
Salary Range: $70000 - $80000

Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing the full sales cycle and ensuring HubSpot CRM processes are streamlined and effective. The position covers everything from lead tracking and pipeline health to customer success workflows and reporting across both domestic and international markets.
This is a highly dynamic position that will draw from all your experiences from startup scrappiness to the structured elements of a well-established business. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity and process to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Management Domestic & International
    1. Lead daily operations of inbound and outbound sales activities for both U.S. and international markets.
    2. Manage CRM pipeline and tasks with team: oversee KPIs and over all CRM health.
    3. Coordinate closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales funnel stages.
  1. CRM & CSM Workflow Oversight (HubSpot)
    1. Own the configuration optimization and administration of CRM.
    2. Manage automated workflows lifecycle stages and sales pipelines tailored for both regions.
    3. Monitor lead scoring pipeline velocity deal stage progression and lifecycle churn.
    4. Ensure CRM data integrity through routine audits deduplication and process alignment.
    5. Oversee Customer Success Management (CSM) follow-ups and renewal cycles using HubSpots Service Hub (or integrations).
    6. Ensure production facility alignment for product availability and timely sales fulfillment.
  2. Sales Enablement & Training
    1. Train sales reps on using HubSpot tools (Quotes Deals Sequences Dashboards etc.).
    2. Work with Marketing Division to equip team with sales materials and outreach templates optimized for regional relevance.
    3. Host weekly pipeline and performance review sessions.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
    1. Build and deliver CRM dashboards to monitor sales performance win/loss trends and conversion rates.
    2. Track and report on international vs. domestic performance metrics.
    3. Present strategic insights to leadership on revenue growth opportunities and pipeline risks.
  1. Account Management & Customer Success
    1. Ensure smooth handoff from sales to customer success (using CRM workflows).
    2. Track customer onboarding progress upsell opportunities and satisfaction indicators.
    3. Reduce churn and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) with proactive customer follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales management and CRM administration preferably with HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Sales and Service Hubs.
  • Deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes across domestic and global markets.
  • Experience with pipeline management forecasting and CRM administration.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle stages lead scoring and churn mitigation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams across sales marketing and customer success.
  • Prior experience with SaaS GovTech or public safety technology sales (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
Work Location & Reporting Cadence
This is an onsite role reporting to Wraps Miami Corporate Headquarters.
  • Primary Location: Corporate Headquarters Miami FL (Coconut Grove)
  • Other Locations (as needed):
    • Wise VA / Bristol VA
    • Washington D.C. Metro Area
    • New York City
    • Additional offices & key operational sites based on business needs

Bonuses:
