Graphic Designer
Carmens Groupis looking for an artistic technical and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team!
You will play a key role in planning and executing engaging digital content for a portfolio of premium food & hospitality brands. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter a superb communicator and someone that thrives in a dynamic and growing work environment.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:
Design and produce digital and print assets including social media graphics email templates brochures signage and presentations.
Manage and optimize SEO SEM and PPC campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic to our websites.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Track analyze and report on web traffic conversions and campaign performance tying these to venue leads and profitability.
Oversee and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook and Instagram.
Produce engaging content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels focusing on video and photography.
Guide the visual identity of the brands creating graphics for digital and print use.
Write compelling copy for websites blogs emails and marketing materials.
Assist in maintaining and updating websites for our brands enhancing user experience and ensuring up-to-date content.
Assist in the design and development of company websites as needed.
Familiarity with the print production process.
Assist in improving search engine rankings and website traffic.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation
University degree or College Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design Advertising or Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experiencein graphic design content creation including photography & videography
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Google Analytics Wordpress Later Canva Microsoft Office Meta TikTok Pintrest and Mailchimp
Passion for industry food & beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
Strong attention to detail great communication sense of urgency and organizational skills
Ability to help manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities
Must be an effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues andleadership
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
Strong work ethic team oriented positive and energetic with a great sense of humour!
