  • Full time fixed term role until 30th November 2025.

About the role

The Performance & Allocations Specialist is a pivotal role that proactively supports the Performance & Allocations Manager in providing analysis reporting and insights on key performance metrics for the Claims Management Group.

This role will also manage the flow of claims within the Claims Management Group ensuring efficient allocation of clients to claims managers. Collaborating with key internal stakeholders across all claims branches you will drive improvements in operations allocation and quality processes while coaching teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes aligned with best practices.

You will also have the opportunity to work on various initiatives as part of TACs new Make Every Day Matter Strategy.

About the Team

This role sits within the Operational Development & Performance branch where youll join a collaborative and close-knit team of seven working in a positive energetic environment. The team values connection with a regular in-office day each Wednesday to share ideas support one another and stay aligned.

Youll be supported by the Performance & Allocations Manager a leader who champions collaboration and actively fosters professional growth. With weekly team meetings and fortnightly one-on-ones they help maintain a culture of continuous support development and fun.

What were looking for

Data Driven and Detail Oriented

Proficient user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn and navigate web-based systems like Avanti. Strong attention to detail is essential in this role and knowledge of claims management and allocation processes would be highly regarded.

Curious and Inquisitive Nature

A proactive mindset with an openness to embrace change and work independently. You will demonstrate a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

Collaborative Approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. You will be capable of influencing and coaching stakeholders on best practice.
