BRANCH MANAGER
Description of the role:
The Branch Manager for Homecare Agency at Senior Helpers - Flagstaff will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business development of the Flagstaff AZ branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth and profitability
- Conduct recruiting hiring and training processes for new employees
- Maintain positive relationships with clients caregivers and the community
- Ensure quality care and services are provided to clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the healthcare or homecare industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and policies
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
