Job Description
Bachelors degree required. 1-2 years of related experience working with young children in a childcare setting. Understands and respects children and their developmental needs and interests. Has respect for all families and cultures. Holds a commitment to continued professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Education component/specialization preferred. Experience working in a National Association for the Education of the Young Children ( NAEYC ) Accredited childcare center a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of the NAEC Accreditation Standards NAEYC Accreditation process and Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum. Work experience with infants and toddlers.
