Job Title: Social Worker - Child Protection Team
Location: Keighley & Shipley Bradford
Pay Rate: 35 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join their clients Child Protection Team based in Keighley and Shipley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will
- Manage a caseload ofChild in NeedChild ProtectionPre-Proceedings andCourtcases
- Undertake assessments and develop care plans in line with statutory requirements
- Carry out direct work with children and families to safeguard and promote welfare
- Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court when required
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and local authority policies
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
