The candidate selected for this position will facilitates and coordinate a rigorous Construction Technology curriculum with career-related instruction; assesses and provides for differentiation to assure student progress while managing the learning environment. Complies with state and system level regulations and policies; including the rules of the Professional Standards Commission Code of Ethics for Educators. They will Integrate core content academics and embeds the CCGPS Literacy Anchor Standards for Technical Subjects within the program delivery of the Common Core Ohio Performance Standards (CCGPS) curriculum for Construction Technologys career pathways courses. Models enthusiasm for Construction Technology and demonstrates current innovations in the agricultural industry including competition within global economy. The candidate selected for this position should be committed to learning and implementing the Blended Learning instructional model and Universal Design for Learning in their daily lessons. The selected candidate also will participate in departmental TBTs grade level common planning creation use and implementation of short cycle assessments aligned with curriculum and AIR end of course exams Data from multiple sources will be used with students to set goals and to guide instruction. The selected candidate will use restorative practices within the classroom to support our school wide initiative.
