Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tooling projects from start to completion.

  • Coordinate schedules with the production management team to ensure timely delivery.

  • Review tooling specifications with internal stakeholders and customers prior to shipment.

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair as needed.

  • Fabricate components and prepare heat-treated parts for CNC machining.

  • Oversee component fitting and final assembly processes.

  • Provide on-site sampling support at customer facilities for first article runs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in die and mold work with a background as a lead mold maker.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

  • Consistent attendance and flexibility to work overtime when required.

  • Basic computer proficiency.
