Responsibilities:
Manage tooling projects from start to completion.
Coordinate schedules with the production management team to ensure timely delivery.
Review tooling specifications with internal stakeholders and customers prior to shipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repair as needed.
Fabricate components and prepare heat-treated parts for CNC machining.
Oversee component fitting and final assembly processes.
Provide on-site sampling support at customer facilities for first article runs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in die and mold work with a background as a lead mold maker.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
Consistent attendance and flexibility to work overtime when required.
Basic computer proficiency.
