JOB TITLE: Wire Installation Engineer 4
LOCATION: Tukwila WA
PAY RATE: $90.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develop and maintain cable/wire harness detail assembly and installation designs

• Create statements of work schedules budgets and metrics

• Analyze design results and support design reviews

• Provide engineering disposition on discrepancies (e.g. rejection tags production action requests)

• Follow processes and procedures supporting electrical commodity design and manufacture

• Assist in supplier capability technical reviews for source selection

• Ensure integrated design by analyzing functional and physical inputs

• Demonstrate strong organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Travel domestically < 10% to support test activities

• Work 100% onsite

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering technology or related STEM field

• 5 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience

• 3 years experience with CATIA V5 ENOVIA PDM

• 3 years aerospace wiring or systems experience

• Experience with electrical wire harness design/installations

• Knowledge of wire separation and EME requirements

• Basic ECAT software experience

• Willingness to travel domestically

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
