Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide Occupational Therapy Services for students at a school in Uvalde Texas. The selected provider will evaluate students contribute to the IEP process and offer therapy services consistent with school-based needs and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Master s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Valid Texas license as an Occupational Therapist granted by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

Valid driver s license and access to transportation

Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings evaluations and referrals in accordance with federal and state regulations

Attend ARD/IEP meetings to contribute to planning and updates

Document services and progress according to student IEPs

Provide copies of credentials and licensure

Maintain student confidentiality in compliance with FERPA

Work closely with educators and staff to ensure integration of OT goals

Any other duties as assigned.
