Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide Physical Therapy Services for students in a school in Uvalde Texas. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations develop plans of care participate in ARD/IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all relevant federal state and district guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred

Valid driver s license and access to transportation

Responsibilities:

Carry out all screening referral and evaluation procedures per federal state and district guidelines

Participate in ARD meetings to develop or amend Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Maintain records of services as outlined in IEPs

Submit documentation showing licensure and qualifications

Maintain confidentiality under FERPA regulations

Collaborate with educational staff to integrate PT services with educational goals

Any other duties as assigned.
