Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process help match them with the right car and ensure an outstanding dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build rapport and trust with every guestlisten actively to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles highlighting features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and explain financing and aftermarket options.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about inventory.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Handle paperwork and sales processes accurately and efficiently.
- Foster a positive team environment with integrity and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic proactive and motivated to succeed.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
