Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Serving Orange Osceola Seminole and Brevard Counties

Job Type: Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time
About Us:
Essential Companion Services LLC is a trusted nurse registry dedicated to providing compassionate and professional home care services. We are currently expanding our team and seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs who are passionate about caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in the clients condition to supervisors
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
- CPR Certification
- Level 2 background screening
- Physical exam and TB test within the past year
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care or similar settings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
