Job Description
We are a pediatric therapy clinic seeking a Part-time Facilities Technician Apprentice! We offer a great opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade as an apprentice!
Responsibilities
- Regular maintenance of building facility and all company property
- Handles basic repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry projects as needed
- Paint remodel refurbish areas as needed
- Report to facilities manager for assignments and supervision
- Remove and properly dispose of recyclable and waste materials
- Open and close building according to security procedures
- Travel to each clinic (5 total) throughout the week per assignment
Requirements
- Must pass federal background check
- Enjoy working in a busy fast pace environment with children present
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel to each location as needed
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- High school degree
