MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with a strong mix of the attributes listed in the above Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) in the fields of personnel business administration counseling education workforce services human services or other related fields are desired. Candidates may demonstrate competency in the KSAs through at least five years experience formal education (including certificates credentials or degree-based programs) or a combination of both. Candidates should clearly describe how their experience and education meet the identified KSAs and provide examples in their cover letter that demonstrate their qualifications.
Any combination of equivalent experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.
Preferred experience: Case management client assessment business services networking (including utilization of community resources) and labor market information including job development and placement skills.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective on July 1 2026.
