The Director of TRIO Student Support Services is responsible for overseeing the TRIO/Student Support Services Grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education. This includes planning and coordinating program activities supervising personnel and reporting related to the proper application of grant provisions and fiscal management. The TRIO 5-year grant is currently approved through 08/31/2030. Employment is contingent upon continued grant funding.
Principle Responsibilities
1. Lead supervise and direct department personnel to effectively perform assigned work and accomplish project objectives within budgetary constraints..
2. Monitor evaluate and report on all aspects of the grant to ensure that the program operates in compliance with all terms and conditions.
3. Plan organize and coordinate implementation of the activities services and operations of the TRIO Student Success Services Grant.
4. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.
