As a Workers Comp Coordinator at CHI St Vincent Infirmary Workers Compensation Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the workers compensation program including timely reporting of workers compensation claims.

• Develop and provide internal communication and education to all levels of staff including leaders as needed
• Direct employees for medical treatment as allowed by state law
• Maintain regular communication with injured employees in order to advocate and provide employment status information
• Report claims to TPA
• Coordinate claim investigation with supervisors injured employees witnesses and others to assure appropriate loss prevention mitigation or safety corrections occur

• Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
• BSN Required
• BLS through the American Heart Association is required
• 5 years of experience in workers comp / HR required
