As a internet sales specialist youre highly skilled at uncovering customers needs then following through with descriptive solutions. Not only are you the first individual that customers may interact with when they contact the dealership but youre also the person who guides them through their next steps. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall dealership performance.
