Job Description

Attleboro Enterprises Inc. (AEI) serves the residential and day program needs of adult individuals with developmental disabilities and vocational rehabilitative needs in Southeastern MA and we are dedicated to enhancing the lives and opportunities of those we serve.

The Day Habilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist the Healthcare Supervisor in the Mansfield Day Habilitation Program. Duties includes providing nursing services treatment and medication administration onsite and in the community. The LPN will:

accompany program participants with medication protocols in the community
communicate with families physicians and service providers regarding progress and any status updates
maintain a caseload that will document progress and treatments administered
attend meetings in-services and trainings.

The LPN must hold a current license with the State of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse with at least one year experience in a community health care setting with some experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred. An acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information check and fingerprinting is required.

This is a 30 hour weekly schedule Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in our Mansfield MA program. Starting pay is $38.50 per hour.

After 90 days of employment with AEI this position is eligible for AEIs benefits package including medical dental vision Long Term/Short Term Disability and Life Insurance 401K PTO Sick Time and Holidays.
