We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our team in New Orleans LA. This role is focused on managing and enhancing relationships with our valued clients ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive solution-oriented and capable of building trust through excellent communication and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Address client needs promptly and effectively providing timely updates and solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Monitor and report on client satisfaction engagement and performance metrics
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in customer service client relations or account management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
