We are seeking a proactive and driven Market Development Representative to join our Madison-based team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities engaging with prospective clients and laying the groundwork for long-term business relationships. Youll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for our services.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Reach out to prospective clients via phone email and in-person meetings
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools
Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with campaign goals
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on market feedback and performance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales development lead generation or customer outreach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) is a plus
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
