Job Description
As the Sales Manager Second Life & Protection Services you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of JB Hi-Fis service offerings including warranty and refurbished product programs. This role ensures customer-centric service execution drives sales performance and maintains strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead nationwide execution of Second Life and Protection Services ensuring alignment with JB Hi-Fis customer-first approach.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver effective training for new and existing service products.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth communication promotional alignment and issue resolution.
- Monitor compliance with service standards legal requirements and data privacy policies.
- Oversee in-store merchandising and branding consistency for service products.
- Analyse sales and gross profit data to identify growth opportunities and implement performance strategies.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer service issues and coordinate resolutions with suppliers.
- Facilitate audits maintain accurate records and ensure training certifications are completed across store teams.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Retail experience in high achieving teams
- Demonstrated ability in required skills and competencies
- Interest in training and developing people aligned with desire for personal growth
- Sound Organisational skills
