Job Description
Mission:
As one of the core project leaders you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end development of large-scale mobile gamesfrom concept and production through launch and long-term live operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile gaming experiences by enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration driving timely execution and aligning project efforts with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project schedules and key milestones ensuring timely and efficient delivery across all development phases.
-Manage day-to-day project productions and ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration among product art programming QA and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices including agile methodologies continuous integration and standardized workflows.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and blockers ensuring timely resolution and maintaining overall project health.
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings including milestone reviews and cross-time zone syncs to promote transparency alignment and effective teamwork.
Qualifications :
-Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Software Engineering Project Management or related fields preferred.
-5 years experience in game project management preferably with hands-on experience managing launched mobile games. 5
-Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle with proven ability to implement and adapt processes.
-Well-developed risk awareness multitasking skills and problem-solving ability; experienced in managing priority conflicts among diverse stakeholders.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a strong plus.
-Passionate about games with a strong sense of product ownership and player empathy; committed to a long-term career in the gaming industry.
