Billing and Collection Associate

EcoVadis is looking for a Billing and Collection Associate Level 2 to join the Finance team in Poland.  This position is responsible for full-cycle multi-currency accounts receivable functions including billing billing modifications processing payments and reconciling key customer accounts. The position interacts with internal and external customers on a daily basis and must provide a consistently high level of customer service and ethics.
Core responsibilities:

• Issue and send invoices/credit notes as per contracts.
• Ensure proper filing of sales contracts;
• Respond to customer queries and requests;
• Provide and fill out financial and administrative documents;
• Take appropriate action to resolve and/or identify significant accounts receivable  issues and escalate appropriately;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounts receivable queries;
• Assist with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization;
• Liaise with international colleagues from all departments regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English is a must;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts receivable or Billing function -prior experience in Salesforce would be a definite plus.
• Prior billing or collection experience would be an advantage;
• Bachelors degree in Business/Management/Finance;
• Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
