Following the successful centralisation of our HR function weve laid strong foundations for consistency and efficiency. With this in mind we are embarking on many exciting projects in reward over the coming year and beyond.
As a Reward Analyst for the UK business you will play a pivotal role in supporting with the cyclical reward activity throughout the year and supporting the Head of Reward UK with project work.
Partnering closely with other areas of the HR function and stakeholders across the business you will be responsible for providing accurate and meaningful reward data upholding governance by ensuring all compensation and benefits policies & processes are followed and align with legal and regulatory requirements maintain accurate reward data and ensure consistency in pay structures and job evaluations. By implementing robust controls and monitoring reward practices you will help mitigate risks promote equity and enhance trust among employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
