Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier better-for-you alternatives.
What is this role
As a Shift Supervisor for Cirkul youll be focused on driving production setting direction managing employee relations and solving problems to drive the business forward at all times.
What does an average day look like
- Driving Results:Driving the team to deliver on safety quality and production goals and flowing resources to the highest priority work.
- Taking Ownership:Be self-motivated dedicated and willing to provide feedback on people systems and processes as necessary.
- Making Decisions:Managing and escalating HR issues as well as completingand annual reviews.
- Cultivating Relationships:Working cross functionally to ensure equipment is up and running proper training and providing input to drive productivity and safety.
- Instilling Trust:Leading with integrity setting compelling directions and providing on-going coaching.
- Customer Focus: Leading with integrity setting compelling directions and providing on-going coaching.
Working only 14 days a month in a 4:3 rotating schedule.
What background should you have
- 3 years of manufacturing supervision or production driven management experience.
- Experience managing safety and HR systems including timesheets timeoff etc.
- Knowledge of production and quality systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work hard stay until the job is complete and demonstrate resilience.
- Have a positive attitude willing to work with multiple levels of employees and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
