Job Description
Join ETCOGs dynamic IT team and help keep our systems running strong! In this role youll manage and maintain the technology infrastructure that supports our programs and services from routers and firewalls to software phones and cybersecurity tools. Youll play a key role in supporting project teams improving system performance and driving innovation to protect against cyber threats.
This position also supports our Regional Technology Solutions program delivering top-tier IT services to member governments across East Texas. If youre a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems secure efficient and evolving we want to hear from you!
Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelors or associate degree in information technology strongly preferred. Minimum of 1-year progressive IT experience; minimum 1 year experience with one or more of the following certifications: CCNA Network Security Server and/or Microsoft Certified Professional; experience working with governmental or non-profit organizations and supporting computer networks in a multi-office environment preferred; equivalent combinations of work experience and education will be considered.
