Our brand-new state-of-the-art 69-bay service shop is fully heated and cooled designed to handle a high volume of service work with efficiency and precision.
We are seeking an experienced Professional Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in a dealership service department setting capable of managing high-stress environments extended hours and a substantial workload while maintaining excellence in customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations of the 69-bay service department ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of service advisors technicians and support staff to meet performance goals.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer loyalty.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as repair order volume customer satisfaction scores and service efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and parts departments to streamline operations and enhance overall dealership performance.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies manufacturer standards and industry regulations.
Maintain a safe organized and productive work environment in our climate-controlled service shop.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership service department with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to manage high-stress situations and heavy workloads while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of successfully resolving customer complaints.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
Proficient in dealership management systems and service department software.
Ability to work extended hours including weekends as needed to meet business demands.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
